About therapy
The therapeutic relationship is a partnership in which the client, with the help of the therapist, clarifies problems and discovers potential opportunities and is the best judge of their interests, desires and needs. The therapist offers training, experience and tools that help this process, but the ultimate responsibility for any changes rests with the client. The client also has the right to reject any technique or procedure.
Sessions
The relationship with the therapist is professional and subject to applicable ethical and professional guidelines, and is limited to therapy sessions.
Prices

Individual therapy - £50 / 60 mins

Individual therapy - £65 / 90 mins

Marital / couples therapy - £75 / 90 mins
All options are available at my home/office or via Skype.
Payment is required 24 hours before all online sessions by bank transfer.
For sessions at my home/office, payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a session takes place by informing the therapist via email / text message / phone call at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If the client fails to do so, they will be charged the full amount for the missed session.

None of the above methods of contact are considered therapeutic tools and as such do not involve exchanging confidential information or discussing personal matters, unless both the therapist and client agree otherwise. Skype is offered to online clients as the main way of contacting the therapist. The therapist's mobile number is for emergency contact only.
Confidentiality
All treatment information is kept strictly confidential and clients' session records are kept securely. In exceptional cases, when it is required by law or when the client is in imminent / highly probable danger of harming themselves or others, the confidentiality rule will be lifted. In this case, Polish Psychotherapist Bristol - Are u ok?, may disclose confidential information to the relevant person/authority, in order to protect the life/health of the client and/or other persons.
